It’s the gift that no one wants.
A dreamcatcher that has been passed from school to school is being given to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., where one of the deadliest school shootings ever took place on February 14.
Its previous home was the Townville Elementary School in South Carolina, where a 6-year-old boy died in a school shooting. The district’s superintendent said now is the time to pass the dreamcatcher on.
