A man is dead following a Friday morning apparent shooting near Hayward Avenue, police said.
Baltimore Police officers responded to the 3600 block of Hayward Avenue Friday morning, where they discovered an unidentified victim who appeared to have been shot to death.
Medics pronounced the man dead on scene in Northwest Baltimore after 6:46 a.m., according to a news release from the department.
