Joe Biden is not quite as dumb as he looks. Despite his Parkinson’s and his cracked cranium, Biden chose to take the cowards way out.
You see Joe took a look at the polls on some of them right up his butt. It’s hard to run a country when your ass is sitting on a pole. And in Joe’s case every time he yanked one out another one stepped in or should it be slipped in. Either way Joe was facing a trouncing at the next election.
While it may be true, Joe Biden was looking into his crystal ball and found what that little girl with the red ruby slippers on experienced in the hunt for the Wizard of Oz.
