BALTIMORE – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Baltimore Field Division and Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland have announced a combined reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for shooting two children and three adults in South Baltimore on Friday, May 3.
At approximately 8:21 p.m. on Friday, unidentified, armed black males exited a silver, mid-2000s model Honda Accord and opened fire at the intersection of Ramsay and Monroe streets in the Carrollton Ridge area in the Southern District of Baltimore City. A 1-year-old child, 2-year-old child, the children’s mother, and two adult males were all shot and injured. All of the shooting victims were taken to area hospitals and are in stable condition.
Baltimore City Police Department Officers and Citywide Shooting Detectives are asking for the public’s help.
“The person or people responsible for this heinous crime must, and will, be brought to justice, and I am urging anyone with information about the case to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP or the Baltimore Police Department’s Citywide Shooting Unit at 410-396-2221,” said Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison.

“ATF stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Baltimore Police Department as we work to identify armed criminals preying on our communities,” said ATF Baltimore Special Agent in Charge Rob Cekada. “We will work tirelessly to investigate and incarcerate those persons responsible for these senseless shootings. ATF will not take the pressure off of armed criminals until Baltimore neighborhoods can be free of violence.”
The ATF is offering a reward of $11,000 and Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $4,000, for a combined total of up to $15,000.
