Buzz B is there any way you could find out how the essex residents can find out what the plans are for all the grant money . So far all we have seen are flower pots , some new wooden seats on existing concrete bases that are decaying and need painted and repaired.. Smith's Landscaping seems to be the one getting all the contracts for the work. outside of installing new wood for benches. As residents there should be meetings on what the plans are. the residents should be involved on voting for contractors. How much money has been spent to date. This is ridiculous flowers when you have no sidewalks for children and handicap people to walk in they must walk in the road RIVERSIDE is one that is a very busy road and the people speed through there. Things are crumbling and decaying an flowers seems to be the focus of restoring Essex. REALLY. No playground no sidewalks, no fixing up store fronts with nice store front canopy's Appears to be a waste of money since most of the flowers are annuals not perennials such big waste of money. It appears there is one family in charge of everything to do with the money. ... See MoreSee Less
