Introducing 6th District House of Delegates candidate Jake Mohorovic
This post is the first of a series that will feature a look at the various candidates running for political office in Baltimore County’s east side—the 6th and 7th Districts.

The first candidate profile is from Jake Mohorovic, who is ruining for the House of Delegates in the 6th District.
With two vacant seats in the House of Delegates for the 6th LD, Jake Mohorovic fills the bill. Jake is one democratic candidate who has pledged to serve as a full time Delegate. Jake experience in government and politics is all inclusive. He is the one delegate candidate that has worked in all three branches of Maryland State Government. Jake Mohorovic has worked in the Legislative Branch from 1995 to 2003 as an elected Member of the House of Delegates and the Judicial Branch with the Maryland District Court and in the Executive Branch with the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development and the Maryland Department of Community Development in administrative positions.
Jake’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Towson University and a Masters of Government Administration from the University of Baltimore. He is a graduate of Dundalk High School. Jake has taught Political Science at the Dundalk Community College Campus as a political science instructor.
With the two vacant House seats, Jake Mohorovic will begin day one without the traditional learning curve. He can hit the ground running!
