Maryland Department of Natural Resources Police are looking for a person or people who left a pile of dead deer on a Carroll County Road.The deer carcasses were discovered piled on a blue tarp on Davis Road between Gillis Road and Gillis Falls Road, Maryland DNR Police said. The deer were thought to be dumped sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on March 10. Anyone with information about the possible vehicle or subject who dumped the deer should contact Natural Resources Police at 410-260-8888. Callers can remain anonymous.
