Tucker Carlson to grill Democrat on Sanctuary Bill
Update: Apparently the planned promo of the interview did not come to fruition and we apologize for any inconvenience our readers may have had. There was a promo featuring an interview with Del. Morales in the previous show.
We will do our best to find out whether we made a mistake, or the reason of the show’s format change. We don’t think that anyone who tuned in would have been disappointed in the show’s content which cleared the air on several fronts.
If the Post is wrong we owe an apology for the mistake.
Note: If you miss the shredding, excuse me I meant show, you can go to You Tube and see the run-over, (there I go again) the rerun of the interview. Since the Post aims to please, we will update our article with the You Tube tape.
Maryland Delegate Marice I. Morales, a Democrat who represents Montgomery County–and who crafted a controversial Sanctuary Bill–is scheduled to appear on the Tucker Carlson Show tonight at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
There should be plenty of fireworks, especially after the brutal rape that occurred in sanctuary Montgomery County. Del. Morales was the one who introduced the legislation (HB1362) that was passed along party lines by a vote of 83 to 55. Governor Hogan vowed to veto the bill if it passes the Senate. HB1362 basically handcuffs law enforcement in the battle against illegal immigrants.
Maryland is quickly becoming a sanctuary state, with the likes of Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamentez and Attorney General Brian Frosh at the forefront of the movement.
This morning, the Sun reported that Baltimore City residents are fleeing the city, so much so that Baltimore’s population is at a 100-year low. Then we have this quote from the Sun: “Stosur said the Census has long had difficulty accurately counting big cities with large low-income and immigrant populations.”
That way of thinking was a proverbial pot of gold for former Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, who sought to bring 10,000 immigrant families, including illegals, into the city.
All I can say is, “So much for that idea.”
Tucker Carlson’s show has been a ratings bonanza for Fox, and Carlson is known for shredding liberals over their contrived policies.
It should be an interesting night. Be sure to have your popcorn at hand…
