Memorial Day: Graphic combat footage of WWII tank battle reveals the terrible price our veterans paid for our freedom

As we honor our fallen military heroes this Memorial weekend, The Baltimore Post believes that it is necessary to reveal sacrifices our fallen heroes made to ensure our liberty.

This article will deal with an encounter in one particular incident in the Battle for Cologne as the American forces entered Germany and the Allied March on Berlin. For those not familiar with the history of War War II, the US tank crews suffered horrific losses due to the American armor was inferior to the German armor.

The combat footage you are about to see may be disturbing; however, it describes the sacrifices made by our World War II  veterans.
