Two people were shot in West Baltimore’s Winchester neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
A 19-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man who were shot in the 2800 block of Winchester Street walked into a hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds around 1:50 p.m., Baltimore Police said.
